SAVELLI (Savelli Technologies S.r.l. – registered trademark “SAVELLI since 1842”) celebrates the 180th Anniversary of its historic brand by closing the year 2022 with an order book of approximately 30 million euros, despite the loss of the important Russian market. In fact, SAVELLI has obtained important orders from prestigious customers for projects to be developed in 2023 and 2024. In particular, SAVELLI will provide: • the VDP Group of a new highly customized Punch-out & Shake-out system for the existing molding line at the VDC foundry in Camposampiero (PD), Italy; • the PMP Industries Group of a new Horizontal Flask Molding Line (900 x 700 x 350+350 mm, 120 molds/hour) and related Sand Preparation and Return Plant of 90 tons/hour capacity for the new foundry in Bosnia; • the Brembo Group of a new 340 ton/hour Sand Preparation & Return Plant together with a new Rotary Cooling Drum for sand and castings with diameter of 4.2 meter and 25 meter length for the new foundry in Mexico; Furthermore, SAVELLI will electrically revamp through new El-Mecs (electro-mechanical drive units) and energy recovery SIEMENS servomotors: • for Brembo, the existing Molding Line (1.070 X 870 X 200+250 mm, 280 molds/hour) at the foundry in Mapello (BG), Italy; • for FBM, the existing Molding Line (1.300 x 1.100 x 350+350 mm, 70 molds/hour) at the Brousseval foundry, France. Despite the complexity and uncertainty that characterize such a difficult period, SAVELLI can certainly look ahead with optimism and confidence thanks to the support of all its important clients-partners.
