AMAFOND

The firm Bezhitskaya Stal, steel foundry of the Group Transmashholding, the biggest producer of locomotive and railway equipment in Russia, has placed an order to SOGEMI ENGINEERING for a cooling and pouring line plant.

The supply includes two pouring lines (for a total of 24 position) and five cooling lines (for a total of 90 position), along with relatives transfer truck for the automatic movement of the molds up to an hydraulic pusher that will place the cooled mould on an existing shakeout.

All these lines work in automatic and controlled by one electric control panel.

The output will be 10 complete moulds per hour with average weight of 4 ton each.
