The world is changing rapidly, bringing with it changes in mobility and in the production of goods that are as recyclable as possible and made with low environmental impact processes. This is a challenge that involves the entire supply chain and to which Motultech Baraldi has always placed the utmost attention and commitment. The EUROGUSS fair will be an opportunity to preview the many innovations that Motultech Baraldi is introducing in die casting foundries to make lubrication more sustainable and capable of producing new generation castings such as battery box, structural castings and giga-castings. To have the least possible impact on the environment, the lubrication of the dies must be able to use products of natural origin (Bio-sourced) and applied in the minimum quantity with the least possible use of water. This is a lubrication optimization process that we address with a unique and reliable methodology that uses 4 proprietary technologies:

1. iCast CTC (Cycle Temperature Check)
2. iCast Lube Analyzer
3. iCast EVO
4. iCast Lube Optimizer

In our stand 7A-642, Bio-sourced products for the die lubrication, piston lubrication, and auxiliary products, will be presented in preview. Products with specific characteristics are dedicated to minimal lubrication (water-free, water-base, silicon-free, wax-free) which can be combined with the use of specifically designed equipment such as iCast Cycle Temperature Check (for the dies thermal dynamic check); Castomix 4.0 (for dosing the release agent and recording its consumption); Plung Lube System 4.0 (for volumetric dosing of piston lubricant in minimal application); Lubricant Control Unit LC-01 (for the lube concentration monitoring). All the equipment and products for lubrication will be visible in our stand and our staff will be available to illustrate the multiple solutions that Motultech Baraldi makes available to die casting foundries.
